You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The App is rated 17+ on the App Store and is intended for adult retail traders.

MyTrader AI is an educational and journaling tool. It is not a broker, financial adviser, or investment manager. Nothing in the App — including the AI Trading Coach, discipline scores, analytics, alerts, or any text generated by the App — constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency or other asset.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, journaled or otherwise, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. Always consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

The AI Trading Coach generates responses using machine-learning models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. Treat AI output as reflective prompts only — never as a directive to take a trade. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for us or other users.

Some features of the App are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID. By subscribing you acknowledge:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with the App, our servers, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware.
• Use the App or AI Coach to provide regulated financial advice to other people.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the App or any of its content.

You retain all rights to the journal entries, notes, screenshots and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display and process your User Content solely to operate and improve the App for you. We do not use your User Content to train third-party AI models.

The App, including its design, code, branding, AI prompts and discipline-scoring methodology, is owned by MyTrader AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTRADER AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, TRADING LOSSES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTrader AI, its officers, employees and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your User Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The following provisions apply because the App is licensed through the Apple App Store:

• Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and MyTrader AI only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Scope of licence. The licence granted is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms.
• Maintenance & support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to provide any support.
• Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer-protection claims.
• Intellectual-property claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim relating to the App.
• Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
